There are three levels of service. These are designed around the level of training required to reach different levels of performance. For example, to reach an international standard of performance 1000 hours of strength and conditioning is required annually. Less than that and you will be very unlikely to excell. If you're a non-athlete, but want to train, look and perform like a respectable amature athlete, and are willing to train at least 4 time per week, you can also accessthe AMA product.
