This session will provide you with clear, understandable information to help you make the right call about the role carbs play in your diet. Designed for the athlete (or the athletes parent), This seminar will digest the scientific information down to understandable and absorbable information, providing cheat sheets and resources for you when you leave. Clarity is the name of the game in this talk and there will be plenty of time to ask questions at the end.
I am not a "low carb guy" or a "high carb guy". I have some of my athletes aim for more than 600g of carbs per day, and others less than 35g. I've had people on keto and the exact same person but a few months later pounding puffed rice after workouts. There is no such thing as "THE" right answer with regards to carb intake, there is only the best approach for a particluar individual at a particular time. That is why understanding what your needs are is so important!
